Paul Dennis is an executive HSESQ leader and senior advisor with 13+ years' experience in HSE/HSESQ leadership and more than 30 years working across complex, high-risk operational environments. He has led national HSESQ functions, worked directly with Boards and executive teams, and remained closely connected to frontline work, contractor interfaces, maintenance realities and the pressures that shape how work is actually performed.
His expertise includes executive leadership, critical-risk management, governance and assurance, culture transformation, investigations and learning, integrated systems and measurable performance improvement.
